We meet our cast first in their pigsty moment. Anjela is cowering beside a dumpster in the alley, fighting off rats. Claire is all alone, away from her family, after leaving them. Tim is chasing after his family, as his wife takes the kids and leaves. But before the story continues from there, we must go back to the beginning. We must start in a busy diner months before, where their journey to “a distant country” began.
